Saaho Movie Review: Did Prabhas Make The Best Comeback After Two Years Gap?
Saaho Movie Review
Cast: Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and Jackie Shroff.
Story: Too many bad guys are chasing an empire, one good man is determined to stop all the bad guys, but can he?
Saaho is not based on any mythological story but the story is not realistic either. Saaho story is half baked, and borrows heavily from some of the most well-known Hollywood action films. Story is not dull or bad but it is just too much to digest.
Performance: Prabhas and Shraddha are pleasantly over the top, their characters are not realistic and they needed to act over the top. Saaho as a film may has many flaws but leading man Prabhas does not have any Baahubali hangover, he nicely transformed to a modern character from Baahubali.
Shraddha looks stunning and she is a great dancer. Other supporting actors are strictly okay.
Direction: Sujeeth wanted to make an entertaining film and he succeeded in parts. But he failed to make Saaho a classic and that’s because he chose a weak script.
Verdict: One time watch only. Not boring, but not the best either.
