People’s Star Narayanamurthy hits at Sankranthi releases
R.Narayanamurthy, the man who make films for addressing problems of people has voiced out his anguish in his latest press meet on his upcoming flick ‘Constable Venkatramaiah’.
He complained that the big films like ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ and ‘Khaidi No: 150’ have occupied each and every single theater for Sankranthi. He expressed his sorrow that there are no theaters for small films like his to release and show to people. He urged the producer’s council to take some steps for allocating few theaters for small films. He claimed that one theater is enough for him to release his movie. He stated that he is not a huge star like Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna to get theaters and profits with revenue.
However, it is not the first time that Narayana Murthy complained about the same problem. But we have to wait and see how the big stars and producers respond his comments. His movie ‘Constable Venkatramaiah’ is a story about a strict constable and his problems with corrupted government’.
