Daggubati Rana to be an onscreen scientist for his Hollywood flick
Daggubati Rana is stepping his foot in Hollywood by signing his first international flick by associating with a reputed Production company in London. Interestingly, he will be seen as a scientist rather than a warlord.
The war star Rana this time transforming himself into the shoes of a scientist in his first ever International flick which is based on a real-life incident. Titled as Vijil: The Mystery of Phantom Ship is a story about a ship named Vijil which went missing off the coast of Gujarat in the famous storm of the year 1988. This ship has more than 700 passengers on board and the reason for its missing is still a mystery. So Rana will be seen as a scientist who leads the team which goes on a mission to discover the mystery of this ship.
This movie will be directed by Hindi maker Dhwanil Mehta. The production company is going to invest a huge sum on this project and release it worldwide in English as the main version. Main cast and crew will be completely from Hollywood, says a source close to the film unit.
