Helicopter Eela Movie Review: Kajol As Eela Will Make You Cry, Laugh And Inspire At The Same Time.
Helicopter Eela Movie Review
Cast: Kajol, Riddhi Sen, Neha Dhupia, Tota Roy Chowdhury.
Director: Pradeep Sarkar.
Story: A not so privileged woman wants to be a singer, but she becomes a single mom instead. Can she still achieve her dream? Can she be a less paranoid mom to her teenage son?
Performances: Kajol steals the show and proves that she is a chameleon who can adapt to any role, just watch how she changes her body language for younger Eela and older Eela, she makes you forget Kajol and just remember Eela . Kajol’s eyes convey Eela’s pain, and you will be mesmerized by those eyes. Riddhi is good and so is Neha. Kajol and Riddhi’s on-screen chemistry is superb. Tota Roy Chowdhury has a small role, but he made the role memorable with his sincere acting.
Direction: Pradeep Sarkar made another entertaining film, but it is not flawless and the film could be shorter and smarter. Eela’s past life slow film a little. But second half picks up and makes the film an awesome experience again. Overall, Pradeep Sir is in good form.
Verdict: Must watch film for men/women with dreams. Don’t forget to take your mother with you when you go to see Helicopter Eela.
