War Again Obesity: Why Being Overweight Can Shorten Our Life!
War against obesity was trending on Twitter and for all the right reasons. Some men and women think calling someone fat is wrong, well they are right. However being overweight is not good for anyone’s health. Obesity does not make one unattractive but it does make one unhealthy. Good news is we can win against obesity with some simple lifestyle changes.
Why Obesity Is Bad?
Eating bigger meals and sitting before a computer all day are the main reason behind obesity. Sedentary lifestyle will kill us all, unless we make some immediate changes.
The advertisements are also not good. Sugar added foods are giving us diabetes. It is like we are paying to get sick.
How To Win Against Obesity?
Eat fruits and vegetables.
Eat real foods. No factory made food is real food. Do not eat chips, cereals.
Do not drink calories. No cola, no sugar added readymade milkshake, fruit juices.
Do not eat anything after 7 p.m.
Go to sleep before 11 p.m.
Get eight hours of sleep every night.
Walk for one hour every day.
Do not eat in front of TV, eat small portions.
Make these simple changes in life and lose 5 kgs within a month. Remember obesity can also stop your heart, so make a change now.
