- Get More Sleep – Do you know, your body will actually thank you for sleeping more? When you don’t get enough sleep, you tend to put on weight. Start by going to sleep at a particular hour, and sleep for a long duration. This will help you reduce weight.
- Walk and Move Around- One of the reasons why you might be gaining weight is because you don’t move enough. Don’t sit in one position for a long time – walk, jog, move about.
- Drink Loads of Water- Drinking eight to ten glasses of water will reduce your urge to eat and also increase your body’s metabolism.
- Exercise- Regular exercise is a must to keep your pounds in control. Jog, walk, swim, whatever you like.
- Meditate- Stress can be a reason for weight gain. Do a stress-busting meditation course to keep weight in check.
