Super Shred Diet
Have you ever wanted to try a diet that makes you lose weight extremely fast? Well, then try the super shred diet, which is typically followed for a period of 4 weeks. This diet shows you how to burn more calories than you are eating along with some tasting, lower calorie intake, and a meal plan.
Make sure that you follow the diet strictly and that you read up in advance because each timing is completely different. For example, during the first week, you will consume 4 meals a day that are 3 to 4 hours apart with 2 snacks between the first 2 meals. The first meal should be consumed 1 hour after waking and the first snack 1 1/2 hours after that. Snack 2 will follow in 1 1/2 hours after the initial snack and meal 2 1 hour following. Meal 3 will be 3 hours later and meal 4 will also follow after another 3 hours.
There is a set diet that you can eat, which includes fruits, cereals, eggs, bread, pancakes, yogurt, tea, juice, coffee, lemonade and even alcoholic beverages. You can also have some salads, fish, meat, vegetables, soup and much more.
