Singer Resmi Sateesh Loses 10 Kilos During Lockdown; Here Is How She Did It.
Resmi Sateesh lost 10 kilos weight during lockdown! Talk about doing the best even when life is throwing lemons at you. Like every other creative person on earth Resmi is forced to stay at home during covid-19 crisis. But unlike most Resmi did not just cook or watched Netflix. She decided to use this time on getting healthy.
Resmi recently posted a picture on her Instagram and fans were stunned to see her new found slim avatar. Obviously they want to know how she did it. Apparently there is no special diet or exercise that did it for Resmi.
The singer ate homemade healthy food and gave up sugar. She did not drink cola drinks. Junk foods were no-no for her. Resmi was at home and all she ate were fruits and vegetables. She ate small meals throughout the day and gradually she lost all the weight.
Resmi also walked near her house and did her own housework. She kept moving. She was consistent and that did it.
So, here you go, be consistent and you will get the result you want. There is no magic weight loss pill. It is all hard work.
