Rakul Preet Singh Motivates Fans To Workout At Home During Pandemic.

Rakul Preet Singh is one of the fittest women of Indian cinema. Rakul loves the outdoor and often we saw her participating in adventure sports during her vacations. But right now Rakul is stuck at home, but unlike most of us she is not just chilling and watching Netflix. Rakul is still doing Yoga everyday to keep her fitness level intact.

Yesterday Rakul posted a throwback picture of herself, she used this caption,” Waiting to hit the gym 💪🏻 till then throwback to feeling the fittest #mondaymotivation” Rakul will surely inspire millions of fans to get moving right at their home.

Rakul is always into fitness. She cares about her diet too. She eats fruits, vegetables, eggs, lean protein, pulses, nuts, wholegrain on daily basis to provide her body with all the essential nutrition. Rakul is also a huge fan of white rice and she believes white rice provides positive energy.

What Rakul does not eat is processed foods with white sugar and lots of sodium. This is no-no for her. She also avoids deep fried foods.

Apart from eating right Rakul also does Yoga, cardio, strength training, running and swimming to burn all her food calories.
