Jacqueline is one of the very young talents, recognized in Bollywood. All the way from Miss Srilankan, she is now the young and new face of Bollywood. She got a breakthrough from the movie like Houseful 2 and Murder series. However, to discuss more with this diva we would like to speak about the diet secret which helps Jacqueline to be in shape.
She stays away completely from tea and coffee but loves to drink green tea all the day long.
Jacqueline starts her day drinking Luke warm water with some lemon and honey
Later in her breakfast, she loves too much on a boiled egg, green tea, and some fruits.
Her lunch is mainly brown rice with lentils and green delicious salad.
She is a sugar lover but avoids eating sugar completely.
She loves to eat snacks like nuts in between intervals and evening.
She consumes grilled fish and lots of veggies and juice sometimes.
Jacqueline practices yoga early in the morning and then starts her day which mostly consists of 20-40 Suryanamaskar and Kapalbharti.
She sticks to a schedule of running or swimming at least thrice in a week.
She also tried to dance at home, when to have some free time or feel boredom.
