The injury was so severe tht I still hav to deal with it till now from time to time. This made me really scared or phobic of doing a headstand and I never tried it again though I really wanted to bcoz of its endless benefits. Zarine was studying to be a doctor. She did not care for her appearance. She loved her meals. But someone told her she can be an actress if she changes her eating habit. This is when Zarine decided to change herself. She decided to go for a sugar free protein based diet.
This is what Zarine ate o lose weight. She still follows the same diet plan.
Zarine Khan Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites and a low sugar fruit like strawberry/blueberry/Kiwi.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken (half breast) and some green vegetables.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
Snacks: Nuts and coconut water.
Zarine drank a lot of water to keep hunger away.
Zarine Khan Exercise Plan
Zarine does not like long training sessions. She prefers long walks and twenty minutes of effective cardio. This may not sound much, but since Zarine was consistent and she was eating right she lost weight even with very little exercise.
Zarine also dances to burn calories.
So this is it, we can all achieve our dream body like Zarine if we stick to our plan.
