Adah is busy auditioning and shooting, so it is impossible for her to follow any diet plan. So Adah decided to cut out some foods permanently, it worked better for her.
Adah was born into a vegetarian family. So she never ate meat, but she ate milk products. Recently Adah became a vegan and she gave up milk.
Adah eats fruits, pulses, nuts and vegetables only. She eats all day, in small portions.
