Varun Dhawan Is Eating Well And Doing Yoga To Beat Lockdown Stress!
A workaholic like Varun Dhawan never sat home for months before. But what to do lockdown is ending and Covid 19 is not going anywhere. So Varun is trying to stay calm even when situation is not going according to his plan. Healthy meals and yoga are two things that are keeping him sane.
Varun has six pack abs, to maintain the six packs he is following a high protein low carb diet for some years now. His nutritionist keeps changing the meal plans so he does not feel bored.
On average days Varun eats oatmeal, eggs, baked chicken or fish, protein smoothie, banana. But he is not working now. So on some days he makes his special pancakes, he eats them with chocolate syrup and banana. The pancakes provide his a lot of energy.
Lockdown not only stopped Varun’s work but it also limited his exercise option. Thankfully he has a garden at his home; he does plunks in open air. Varun is also practicing various Yoga poses to keep his mind calm and keep away the stress.
