Urvashi told a magazine that once a producer told her she has to lose weight to stay on the show, they will fire her if she does not lose weight. The actor did not give up to pressure. And soon she was able to find work she wanted to do.
Urvashi does not go to gym. However she eats home cooked foods only as she has stomach issues. To avoid weight gain, she sticks to boiled food diet for most days. Urvashi avoids raw food. Doctor asked her to stay on low fiber diet.
Dancing, walking, work keep Urvashi active and she stays young just by moving around like a normal people. No special diet or exercise for her. She is the most down to earth TV superstar.
Urvashi wants her young fans to know they do not need to give up to society’s standard of beauty; however they should avoid junk food and lethargic lifestyle for health.
