Shah Rukh Khan is the most energetic Bollywood actor and age failed to slow him down. He is at home due to recent pandemic but he is still a workaholic. SRK has both trainer and nutritionist. His personal nutritionist revealed what he eats every day. His diet is the main reason behind his relentless energy.

First of all SRK does not have sweet tooth or craving for unhealthy snack. Only bad habit SRK has is his addiction to black coffee, he just cannot live without coffee. He is trying to cut down his coffee intake with age but he still drinks coffee.
SRK listens to his nutritionist’s advice without a miss. Artificial sugar is no-no for him. Even his wife Gauri Khan hates meals that contain sugar. The couple however does not deny their body from natural sweetness of sugar. They eat a small amount of local fruits like grape every day.
Eggs, chicken, oatmeal, wholegrain bread, organic honey, organic ghee, sea food, olive oil, organic fruits and vegetables are what SRK allowed to eat. SRK eats small meals but he eats frequently to avoid hunger and over eating.
Along with eating right SRK also uses his home gym for good. He cannot do a lot of training due to back surgery couple of years back. But he tries to do some form of cardio every day to stay fit.
SRK is the prime example of staying at top physical shape even at 50 plus age.
