Super Mom Soha Ali Khan Changed Her Diet And Exercise For Daughter, But Why?
Soha Ali Khan never had to deal with excess weight; she naturally has a slim frame like her legendary mom. But Soha did struggle with body image issues after giving birth. However, that phase lasted only for a while. Soha understood that her health is more important than how she looks in jeans. Soha talked to a nutritionist, came up with her own diet plan. Here is how Soha stays fit by eating the right foods.
Soha Ali Khan Diet Plan
Soha starts her day with a glass of warm water. She does minor exercises before eating breakfast. Her first meal of the day is always eggs and fruits. Soha eats small amount of food after every two hours. Her snack is fruit or nuts (sugar, salt free). Soha eats a chicken or fish dish for lunch. She eats small amount of chicken or fish. Dinner is always vegetable soup. She loves pumpkin soup.
Soha makes sure her foods do not make her sick. She believes if she gets sick it will also affect her kid.

As a new mom Soha worried a lot about her kid’s health. She started doing Yoga which calmed her mind. Soha still does Yoga, if possible every day. Apart from that she also does regular cardio workouts and weight training like every fit Bollywood star!
Soha had health issues; she had anemia and morning sickness. But she managed to beat those illnesses with right foods and yoga. Soha is an inspiration for all new moms.
