Kiara Advani Diet Plan
Breakfast: Warm water with lemon, fruits, oats, black coffee/tea.
Snack: Fruits and couple of sugar/salt free nuts.
Lunch: Wholegrain bread, vegetables, chicken or fish.
Dinner: Fish and vegetables.
Kiara does not eat anything for 12 hours after dinner; this gives her digestive system complete rest. Her foods are cooked without adding oil.
Chips, Pizza and Pasta are no-no for her.
Kiara Advani Exercise Plan
Kiara is busy with her work but she still tries to hit the gym for at least five days every week. Kiara does squats, push-ups and functional training. She also does cardio.
Apart from eating healthy and working out Kiara also takes care of her skin.
