Sonam Kapoor Diet And Workout Plan, How Sonam Transformed Her Body From Fat To Fittest!
Sonam Kapoor was fat and Sonam has no issues with admitting the fact that she used to be lazy and addicted to junk foods. Sonam wanted to be an actress so she needed to lose weight.
In beginning Sonam decided to indulge in crash diets to lose pounds. She did lose weight but crash diets made her body weak. So Sonam consulted a nutritionist to develop a perfect diet plan for her.
The idea was to develop a diet plan which is low on calorie but high on essential nutrition for Sonam’s body.
Sonam Kapoor diet plan
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruits (oatmeal without sugar)
Lunch: Boiled chicken, vegetables and one gluten free bread
Dinner: Steamed fish with vegetables
Snacks: Plain water, nuts, egg whites, lean meats and fruits.
Sonam makes sure she eats regular snacks. This is to make sure Sonam is never hungry and low on sugar.

Sonam loves working out, she loves to dance. Sonam developed a flexible body thanks to regular practice of yoga.
Sonam does three forms of workout,
Sonam came a long way, at first she just wanted to lose weight, fitness was not important for her. Right now Sonam does not need to lose weight, she is in perfect shape, so right now Sonam’s goal is to get healthier.
