Dieters need to eat less than 1000 calories per day. Dieters can eat solid food for either lunch or breakfast. Dinner and another meal will be green juice or soup.

After initial stage dieters will eat up to 1500 calories per day. Berries, onions, and other low calorie fruits and vegetables are allowed on this diet.

The diet is hard but doable. The dieters lose a lot of weight within a month and that encourages them to follow the healthy routine for long term.

Exercise

Adele worked out with a trainer. She did cardio and strength training. Adele is looking great but here are couple of things one should keep in mind.
