Sid left the BB house as a winner and immediately went back to his healthy lifestyle. Sid only eats foods that provide his body required nutrition. You will never see him eating junk foods full of sugar and empty calories.

Eggs, fruits, vegetables, whole grain bread, brown rice, organic oat meal, organic ghee, baked beans are what Sid eats every day. If he wants to eat something delicious then he uses these ingredients to make a pizza or paratha. Sid is cautious about his diet and nothing can break his determination.

Two hours, yes, you read it right; Sid works out for two hours every day. He does not skip gym session even during weekend. Sid makes sure the hotel he stays in during a trip has a well maintained gym.
