Six packs will not happen in a week. Consistent good diet is the only way to develop muscle in place of fat and flesh. You also cannot eat more than 50 grams of carbohydrate per day. The carb should come from green leafy vegetables like Spinach.
Fruits are allowed, but not sugary fruits like water melon or banana, only berries and that too not more than half cup per day.
Fat should come from either olive oil, or organic ghee, and homemade sugar free peanut butter.
Eggs, boiled chicken, fatty fish like Salmon, should be the main food. Eat them as much as you like.
Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins from your system.
You can also drink black coffee and tea though in moderation. If possible stay away from alcohol or drink sugar free version once in a while.
First you have to do cardio to make sure you are not putting on weight, then you need to ask a trainer for advice, the trainer will suggest you exactly how much weight you should lift every day.
Abs crunches, Squats, Planks should also be part of your everyday exercise routine.
