Shraddha Kapoor is not gaining weight; she is actually fitter than ever. Like us Shraddha is also at home and cannot workout with her personal trainer until India lifts lockdown. But Shraddha is confident to stay even when there is no help available. This is what Shraddha is doing to prevent weight gain.
Shraddha is a vegetarian. She is trying to be a vegan for health reason and to save the environment. Shraddha does not like following a diet chart. She loves her food. She loves to eat curry and rice. Shraddha eats one single homemade wholegrain roti every day. But sometimes she also eats rice or paratha.
Organic seasonal fruits are Shraddha’s go to snack. She eats fruits all day. But makes sure she does not eat fruit after Sunset. She drinks oat milk, almond milk, green tea and plain water to stay hydrated.
As Shraddha cannot leave home she does the next best thing. She runs on her rooftop. She sweats and burns calories. Shraddha is also doing yoga at her home balcony.
Shraddha is uploading videos of her at home exercise and she wants her fan to get inspired. She is showing her fans that it is possible to stay fit even without a gym.
