Shraddha is making her mark in Bollywood and South Indian films. But the actress says all the work she is doing is making her stressful. Shraddha is naturally thin, so weight gain is never the issue with her. But off late she felt her health needs some attention. I order to feel energetic again; Shraddha Kapoor decided to quit meat and all types of animal product.
Shraddha is eating plant based diet. She loves her fruit and vegetable salads. She only eats organically produced veggies and fruits. Shraddha drinks coffee and tea, but instead of using regular milk she uses almond milk. She also makes deserts using almond or soya milk.
Shraddha does not eat oily meals. She makes soups without oil or little virgin olive oil.
Apart from vegan diet, Shraddha is also doing yoga and light exercises to gain her energy back. She is feeling good and she is hopeful that she will be able to stay vegan for rest of her life.
