Shilpa Shetty has the best figure among Bollywood actresses and no one can say what we are claiming is wrong. Can you believe Shilpa is almost is almost 45 year old. She does not look a day older than 25. Shilpa never had weight problem; her tiny waist is envy of every woman. One may think that to be that slim all the time Shilpa never eats, but that is not true at all. Shilpa eats and she loves food. But Shilpa also knows how to burn food calories. Here is Shilpa’s food and exercise diary which can also help you in staying slim.

Shilpa Shetty Diet Plan

Breakfast: Fruit bowl with sugar free muesli. A cup of tea with almond milk and no sugar.

Lunch: Vegetable medley, clear soup and homemade curd.

Dinner:  Soup and little vegetable by 7.30 P.m.

Snacks: Either fruits or nuts.

Shilpa travels a lot, and she stays in hotel for most of the times. She makes sure she tells hotel stuff exactly what she wants for her meals. She does this to avoid weight gain.

Shilpa has her own fitness DVD; she is the fittest woman in entertainment. Shilpa starts her fitness routine by doing strength training, then she runs of treadmill and she finishes her workout routine with 30 minutes of Yoga.
