Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora make a modern couple. Unlike most Indian girlfriends Malaika does not mind criticizing Arjun for his own good. According to a source, Malaika is concerned about Arjun gaining back weight that he lost before joining Bollywood. Malaika took Arjun to a fitness expert and Arjun listened to the expert. Very soon you will meet a slim Arjun again, and you know who should get the credit for Arjun’s transformation.
Here is what Arjun will do to shed the weight before his wedding with Malaika Arora.
Arjun Kapoor New Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites (cooked in extra virgin olive oil)
Snack: No sugar shakes
Lunch: One oat bread and boiled chicken, little vegetables.
Dinner: Grilled fish with veggies.(Dinner done two hours before going to bed).
Protein shakes in between meals, coffee and tea are allowed, but without milk and sugar.
At least 8 big glasses of water every day.
Arjun Kapoor New Exercise Routine
Arjun used to work out with Salman Khan but after losing weight he joined Bollywood and got busy with his career. Arjun still went to gym but he was not as dedicated as he was before, result was weight gain.
But Malaika is a super fit person and Malaika is also inspiring Arjun to work out every day.
So Arjun now goes to gym thrice a week, and he is doing cardio and strength training for two hours.
Thanks to Malaika’s passion for fitness Arjun may end up with a six pack abs again and his new body will be a treat for his fans.
