Sameera Reddy Speaks On Losing Weight After Pregnancy, Pain Of Body Shaming!
Actress Sameera Reddy lost a lot of weight and she had to work hard to achieve her weight loss. The journey was not easy. Her weight gain was due to her pregnancy. Sameera recalled all the body shaming that came on her way and made her hide during the most memorable phase of her life. She posted her before and after picture for her fans, she did dieting and exercise, she is happy she lost weight. But she believes body shaming is never the right thing to do.
According to Sameera she did not opt out for a fad diet. Instead she changed her lifestyle. She ate healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Sameera took two years to lose weight.
Yoga is Sameera’s most preferred form of exercise. She practiced various pranayama and power yoga poses to tone up. Sameera also walked and danced to gain her fitness back.
