The newlywed actress recently sat with an interviewer and shared her diet and exercise routine. Here is what she eats every day.
Samantha Akkineni Diet Plan
Breakfast: Eggs and fruits.
Lunch: Mutton/Chicken/Fish and vegetables.
Dinner: Chicken/Fish and some vegetables.
Samantha does not eat gluten or sugar; she takes a bite of ripe fruit if she starts to meet something sweet.

You won’t believe this but Samantha trains like a athlete. She works out for two hours every day and she lifts heavy weights.
Samantha does cardio and Yoga also but it is weight training that is her main form of exercise now.
Samantha wants to be toned and right now she is feeling her fittest best.
