Ridhi eats everything natural, she avoids artificial sweeteners. Ridhi eats sweet ripe fruits and vegetables. She loves homemade Indian foods with little spice.
Ridhi has a sweet tooth, so she allows herself to eat desserts once in a while.
Rishi hates low fat versions of foods as she believes they are produced unnaturally.
On a normal day Ridhi eats fruits for breakfast, daal and roti for lunch and light vegetable soup for dinner.
Ridhi always eats her dinner by 7 pm.

Ridhi works out every day, she is trained dancer, so if she is traveling for work and she cannot use a gym she dances for an hour to burn calories.
