Can you believe Nargis Fakhri will be 40 very soon? Nargis looks decades younger than her age. Nargis is fitter than any regular teenager.

Nargis recently gained weight and internet users trolled her for that. Nargis did not complain she worked hard and lost all the extra weight. Like any other woman Nargis also puts of weight when she indulges in junk food.  But Nargis do not cheat on her diet very often; she uses Myfitnesspal to track her food calories. Nargis burns more calories than she eats.

Breakfast: Eggs and fruits

Lunch: Any type of lean meat cooked without adding oil or sugar.

Dinner: Vegetables (boiled or soup)

Snacks: Nuts, fruits, protein shakes, coconut water.

Nargis drinks a lot of water to stay hydrated. She drinks plain water only.
