Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are truly modern couple. They love each other; want to build a future as husband and wife. But they have no issue in admitting that they have separate work and fitness goals. Deepika exercises to cope with her depression, while Ranveer wants to get stronger. They also have different food preferences. Ranveer loves lamb, chicken; Deepika prefers homemade South Indian foods that do not contain oil.

However both Deepika and Ranveer eat same meal for breakfast. Both like a high protein omelet made of green leafy vegetable and a drop of virgin olive oil.

Lunch for Ranveer is grilled chicken or lamb, and a non-root vegetable. Deepika loves fruit salad or light lentil soup. Ranveer eats fish for dinner, Deepika eats vegetable soup.

The couple often eats without each other.

Ranveer works out every day, so does Deepika. The actress loves to do stretches, and cardio. She says Yoga and cardio helped her when she was depressed.

Ranveer loves to develop muscle. But sometimes he needs to stop weight lifting because the character he is playing does not have masculine body.

Healthy, sophisticated and successful, Deepveer is truly the most powerful couple of modern India.
