Mira Rajput Kapoor is looking fit and fine. Mira was never fat and she lost baby weight quickly after both pregnancies. However, Mira achieved a more toned body in recent times. And her transformation is teaching us a valuable lesson. The lesson is not to ignore any body part, especially legs. Mira has a thin frame, but she still looks strong and healthy because her legs are well toned.

Mira like superstar husband Shahid Kapoor is also a vegan. She depends on organic soya products for her protein needs. Mira loves sweet fruits, she does not always have time to sit and eat normal meals as she has two small kids. So fruits are her go to snacks. Mira also eats green vegetables and grilled tofu, she loves them.
She and Shahid love dinning out and they eat only grilled meals even at the restaurants. Spicy, sugar added foods are major no-no for the couple.

Mira was barely an adult when she married Shahid. So she did not worry about weight, she was naturally thin. But now she works out with a trainer, she understands being thin is not everything, one needs to build muscle to look toned.
Mira worked hard on arms, legs, abs and the result is showing. So take it from Mira, never ever ignore any body part.
