Meghan Markle Diet Plan: What Does Duchess of Sussex Eats To Stay Fit.
Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex is an animal lover and she likes to follow a plant based diet for most part of the week. But Meghan has a health issue for which needs to eat protein, so the newest member of Royal family does eat meat once a week.
But for most days Meghan is a vegan, and here is what she eats almost every day.
Meghan Markle Food Habits
Organic fruits: Meghan loves fruits and London is famous for producing organic fruits, Meghan eats whole fruits as snacks. But she does not eat fruits after lunch.
No coffee but green juice: Meghan drinks coffee only as a morning drink, she drinks freshly made green juices for rest of the day. Green juices provide Meghan unlimited energy.
Vegetables and whole grain bread: Meghan eats grilled or boiled vegetables as meals. For dinner she sticks to soups only.
Nut butter: Meghan loves to eat homemade nut better, she makes her own peanut butter to avoid sugar.
Meghan Markle Exercise Plan
Meghan is an avid yoga lover and she does yoga every day. Meghan also works out at a gym, and her new husband Prince Harry also joins her, in fact Harry lost a lot of weight after meeting Meghan. Harry also became health conscious like his beloved wife.
Meghan is under lot of scrutiny right now, but her healthy lifestyle is helping her in dealing with stress.
