Some women think Malaika does not eat real food, but they are very wrong, Malaika does care about her nutrition. However, she is not calling Dominos every day. Malaika eats nutritious foods only.

Malaika Arora diet plan

Breakfast: Sugar free coffee , egg whites and seasonal fruits

Snacks: No salt added nuts and coconut water

Lunch: Whole grain bread, boiled chicken and a small amount of steamed vegetables.

Dinner: Steamed vegetables only.

Malaika does not add oil, white sugar to her food. Malaika also maintains a food diary, so she can count how many calories she ate during a day.

  1. Yoga for a calm mind.
  2. Aerobics to burn all the food calories.
  3. Strength training for toning the body.
  4. Swimming and dancing at the end of the day to relax.

Malaika and her friends Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora and Karisma Kapoor go to gym on a regular basis. Malaika and her friends are all mothers with jobs, but hectic schedule fails to stop these super women from staying fit.
