Loveratri Star Aayush Sharma Got Fitter Before Making His Debut In Bollywood.
Salman Khan released Loveratri trailer yesterday, young Indian women are going gaga over cute Aayush Sharma. Aayush has a great physique; he can compete with his brother-in-law Salman Khan when it comes to masculinity. But Aayush was not always fit like this before, he was very thin. But he decided to get fitter after making up his mind about a career in Bollywood.
Below are the diet and workout routine Aayush followed in order to get Bollywood ready.
Aayush Sharma Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites, green vegetables (less than one cup), cooked in very little olive oil or refined butter.
Post-workout snack: No sugar added protein shake.
Lunch: Grilled chicken and vegetables.
Dinner: Grilled fish and vegetables.
Aayush drinks more than eight glasses of water daily to keep his system free of toxins.
Aayush Sharma Exercise Plan
Aayush, like Salman also loves to ride his bike to work. This activity burns calories and also developed muscles around legs. Aayush lifts heavy weights. He works out with a personal trainer.
Aayush posts videos of his tough exercise routines. It is not an easy to follow routine. Aayush is very fit, so he was able to do all those exercises even after shooting for his debut film for almost ten hours every day.
Aayush is looking forward to a long career in Bollywood, and the response he is getting for his debut film tells us he is here to stay.
