Lockdown Or Packed Schedule: Kareena Kapoor Khan Never Compromises With Health.
Kareena Kapoor Khan cannot work on her films during lockdown but that does not mean she is acting lazy at home. Kareena is practicing yoga at her home, she is playing with her son Taimur and she keeps moving around all day. Kareena is looking better than ever. We saw her during Rishi Kapoor’s funeral and her skin was glowing.
Kareena was a carefree teenager; It was her sister Karisma Kapoor who told her she needs to keep an eye on her diet and most importantly she needs to exercise. Kareena listened to her sister’s advice and she lost a lot of weight. Today Kareena is the fittest mom of Bollywood.
Kareena keeps changing her diet and exercise. Here is what her new routine looks like.
Kareena is a vegetarian and she does not consume eggs. But Kareena does eat ghee and she believes one table spoon of ghee every day keeps her skin blemish free.
Oatmeal and fruits are Kareena’s favourite breakfast. Spinach, fruits, wholegrain bread and a spoon of ghee are part of her lunch. Almond and fruits are her snacks. Kareena prefers light vegetable soup for dinner.
Kareena works out every day. She has a gym at home. This is to make sure she does not miss her workout even for a day. Yoga, Pilates and dancing are Kareena’s favourite way to burn calories and tone up.
Kareena is about to turn 40 but honestly she does not even look 25. There is no magic, Kareena looks magnificent and she works hard for that.
