Lara Dutta is exercising and she believes regular workout sessions at home not only help her to stay fit but also keep her mind anxiety free. Lazy mind gives birth to impractical thoughts. So Lara is right.

Lara is getting rave reviews for her web series Hundred.  Fans are enjoying her performance as a cop and they are in awe of her beauty. Lara did not change at all even though she is over 40 now.

Here is what Lara does every day to age gracefully. Her diet also plays a big role in her blemish free complexion.

Diet

Lara drinks plenty of plain water. She stays in Mumbai, a place which does not have winter. Drinking water is important. Lara is a vegetarian. She eats fresh fruits and vegetables.

Lara keeps eating fruits and small veggies all day. Her lunch is brown rice or bread and oil free vegetables. She prefers to eat vegetable soup for dinner.

Exercise

Jumpropes, running, swimming, dancing and running after her daughter keep Lara fit. She is a working mom. She barely gets time. But now she has a lot of time and unlike most of us she keeps moving right at her home.

Lara lives a simple life and that is her secret to stay happy and beautiful.
