Lakshmi loves her food, and she never hides that. But she has a trick. If she gets the craving to eat sugar, she reaches for an organic watermelon instead of cola or soda. Lakshmi loves to cook healthy version of burger at home.

Surya Namaskar also known as sun salutation and it is one of the most basic and strongest practices of Yoga. This practice doesn't require any equipment as it is a complete and a comprehensive exercise and anybody can attempt this practice. Surya Namaskar has 12 steps and a mantra for each step. The mantra represents 12 zodiac signs which supplies energy to the body. It is about building a dimension in yourself to sync your physical body with the solar cycle. Most asanas start with a few rounds of Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar is designed in such a way that it makes your energies radiate like the sun. This practice helps me stay fit, keeps my skin healthy, makes me calmer and boosts my energy levels. As we celebrate #InternationalYogaDay, let's inhale positivity and exhale negativity. I share this love and peace with all of you. Om Shanti! 🧘🏻‍♀️☮️
