Lakshmi Manchu Says She Is Committed To Fitness!
Lakshmi Manchu posted this inspiring message on her Instagram last week, “I’m in a committed relationship with my fitness regime. Just smashed a High Intensity Circuit this morning. Once you see results, it becomes an addiction!” Her message will inspire her fans, some of them are feeling down due to on-going negative situation. No matter what we should never neglect our health.
Lakshmi is always vocal about her health journey. Her candid confession was, she only started to love workout after seeing result. A fit body also inspired her to eat better.

Diet
Lakshmi loves her food, and she never hides that. But she has a trick. If she gets the craving to eat sugar, she reaches for an organic watermelon instead of cola or soda. Lakshmi loves to cook healthy version of burger at home.
Vegetables, fruits, protein and healthy carbohydrate are all part of her daily diet. Lakshmi is against starving body to lose weight.
Exercise
Circuit training, yoga, dancing, cardio, strength training are all part of Lakshmi’s daily exercise routine. She exercises even on Saturday and Sunday. No excuses for her when it comes to workout.
Lakshmi is committed to fitness and that keeps her motivated, we should all learn something from her.
