Kareena Kapoor Khan Is Wishing For A Fitter Second Pregnancy.
Kareena Kapoor Khan made her first pregnancy by working till giving birth. The actress also got back to work not long after giving birth to her son Taimur Ali Khan. However the actress recently revealed she did have one issue, she gained 25 kgs during her first pregnancy and she is hoping she will gain so much weight this time around.
Kareena will turn 40 this month. So Kareena is much more careful. The actress said during her first pregnancy women around her would tell her to eat for two and eat what her heart wants. So she basically ate paratha made with ghee, and all the deserts she craved for. She also thought the phrase eating for two is true so she ate both for herself and her baby.
But Kareena is wiser now and her doctor told her she does not need to eat more than she used to while being pregnant. The phrase eating for two is just a saying and it does women more harm than good.
Kareena is also doing light exercises to keep her muscles active. This will help her get back in shape quickly after giving birth.
