Kabir Singh star Kiara Advani’s diet plan is as perfect as the lady herself. Kiara is not one of those celebrities who believe eating less is the only way to own a slim figure. Kiara eats, but she eats good food and she stays far away from foods containing preservatives.
Along with eating nutritious meals Kiara also exercises every day. Let’s take a look at Kiara’s diet and exercise plan.
Kiara Advani Diet Plan
Breakfast: Boiled oats garnished with berries or oranges.
Lunch: A plate of boiled vegetable with a small portion of grilled fish.
Dinner: Vegetable soup or grilled fish.
Snacks: Roasted Apples with organic sugar free peanut butter.
Kiara is following this diet plan for some times now. It works well for her body. But she also cheats on her diet. She eats out. Her favorite cheat meal is Sushi.
Kiara Advani Exercise Plan
Kiara exercises every single day. She has a trainer. Unlike most of us weight loss is not Kiara’s only exercise goal. She plans to get stronger. So she lifts weights, does chest and leg exercises along with cardio.
Exercise, diet are not everything. Kiara also takes care of her skin to look healthy. She is happy person and she believes her inner happiness makes her appear beautiful all the time.
