Jennifer Garner is making headlines every day and not for good reason. The entire world now knows her ex-husband Ben Affleck cheated on her. A humiliation like this hard to deal with, but Jennifer cannot take a break and hide, she has three kids and a successful acting career.

Jennifer believes a fit body can also create a strong mind. So even during her darkest days, Jennifer does not skip the gym. Jennifer cooks her own meals. She wants to give her kids nutritious meals. Cooking keeps both her and her family healthy.

Here is what Jennifer does to stay fit at 46.

Breakfast: Eggs and green juice.

Lunch: Grilled chicken with red, green vegetables.

Dinner: Grilled fish.

In a bowl…zest and juice of a lime. 2. Careful of your fingers! I also grate a clove or two of garlic on a microplane. 3. Pinch of red pepper flakes. More if you like spicy. 4. Glug glug of olive oil. 5. Splash of white wine (and a splash for the cook 😁). 6. Plenty of salt. Some pepper. 7. A pound of peeled and deveined shrimp. 8. Marinate in the fridge for anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours. I’ve honestly left it overnight and it was delish. 9. Chop and add a bunch of Italian parsley. 10. Heat something — a grill, a cast iron skillet, a grill pan — hot enough to form a little crunch on the outside of the shrimp. 11. Cook a couple of minutes a side. They need to be pink, but don’t overdo it. 12. Yum.

Snacks: Sugar free protein shakes or almonds.

Jennifer drinks a lot of plain water. She does not smoke or drink. She does not stay up late and she finishes her dinner by 7 pm.

Jennifer worked out a lot before having her first kid. She used to work out like a man. She used to do push-ups, and she lifted heavy weights. She has amazing arms.

But kids and career made her slow down on exercise. Jennifer used to do only cardio and she lifted minor weights.

But after her breakup with now ex Ben Affleck she decided to spend more time in gym again. Jennifer again lifts heavy weights and she also runs on treadmill.

Exercise made Jennifer happy and those nasty tabloid articles did not make her feel weak as she was getting stronger physically.

Jennifer is one of the most beloved rom-com actresses of Hollywood. But she is not just that, she is also an inspiration for millions of women all over the world. Jennifer taught women a valuable lesson; one can stay well even when circumstances go terribly bad.
