Janhvi Kapoor Diet And Workout Plan: How Sridevi’s Shy Daughter Transformed To A Bollywood Diva.
Sridevi was very careful about Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor’s diet. Sri was a chubby teen so she did not wish the same thing for her daughter. It is Sridevi who encouraged her kids to join the gym, today Sri is no more but her kids are dedicated gym goers thanks to her.
Today we are talking about Janhvi; very soon Janhvi will make her Bollywood debut with Dhadak. Janhvi has a dietician and a trainer. Here is what Bollywood’s newest star is doing to keep her mother’s legacy going,
Janhvi Kapoor Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites (4 egg whites, either boiled or cooked in slight olive oil)
Snack: Fresh fruit juice without sugar.
Lunch: Chicken sandwich (brown bread)
Dinner: Vegetable salad or soup.
Janhvi Kapoor Workout Plan
Since Janhvi is only 21 years old she can work out for hours. Janhvi loves to sweat and right now her exercise routine is helping her in dealing with the ultimate pain of her life. She lost her mom only weeks ago, but Janhvi is going to the gym everyday according to her mom’s wish.
Janhvi’s workout is divided in three sessions.
After going to the gym Janhvi spends 20 minutes doing stretching exercise, then she does cardio workout for 45 minutes. Janhvi finishes her exercise session with 20 minutes of strength training.
Right Janhvi works out even on weekends; however she misses her gym class when she is shooting outside the city.
According to Karan Johar young Janhvi is as graceful as her mom Sridevi, and with Bollywood entire Indian population are waiting to watch Janhvi on big-screen.
