Actress Parvathy loves to post pictures and stories from her workout session with her trainer. Parvathy admitted she posts those pictures or stories to get inspired on days when she does not feel energetic enough to hit the gym.

Parvathy suffered from eating-disorder and she once hated her figure. But now she loves her body. She accepts her flaws with pride.

Parvathy learned to live a healthy lifestyle without being paranoid about her daily diet and workout. Below is a glimpse of her incredibly inspiring lifestyle.

Parvathy’s Food Choices

Parvathy used to be a vegan but she has to travel a lot for her work and in hotels she is forced to eat milk products due to lack of option. So Parvathy is now a vegetarian.

Parvathy loves rice, sambar, Idli, vegetable curries. She eats small meals frequently. She eats rice only for lunch.

She has a sweet tooth but ignores “wrong cravings.” She drinks coconut water when she craves sweet.

Parvathy eats her last meal of the day by 8 pm.

Parvathy admits she appointed a trainer because she knows she is not going to do regular workouts if she does not have a guide. Parvathy admits she hates running on treadmill. She loves running on road instead.

Functional training, weight training, and Pilates are type of exercises Parvathy performs every day.

It is not easy to find free time for an actress, so Parvathy enjoys her time with her trainer as for one hour she can switch off her phone and think about herself only.

In the end Parvathy wants her fans to know that everyone is beautiful and no one should anything unnatural under pressure.
