Avengers: Endgame is releasing tomorrow. India is waiting for the film with rest of the world. Avengers stars like Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth were preparing for their roles for a year. They practiced special diet and exercise to be in “Avengers shape.”

Avengers stars diet plan
After waking up: Organic green smoothie (Kale, spinach, avocado, berries, and seeds).
Breakfast: Two brown bread, two eggs, and one spoon hummus.
Lunch: Mixed vegetables with a grilled chicken breast.
Dinner: Grilled fish and little cheese.
Snacks: Boiled chicken bites.
Drinks: Black coffee and water only.
Sugar has no place in super hero diet.
Scarlett Johansson had to make time for her super hero workout, it was not easy for her as she has baby girl. But she did it.
The stars worked out for two to three hours inside a special gym. They lifted heavy weights and ran on treadmill. There was a doctor to monitor their blood pressure. No one ever got sick due to right guidance.
