Hrithik Roshan is living under the radar for a while. He is working on his next film silently. Life is strictly okay for this Bollywood superstar. His legal issues with a Bollywood actress ended and then his dad was diagnosed with cancer. There are other issues. Hrithik is trying hard to get back to the life he once had.

Unlike most of us Hrithik is not eating cakes and cookies during stressful period. Instead he is hitting the gym on a regular basis; he is also following a strict diet.

Here is what Hrithik is doing every day to beat stress.

Hrithik Roshan Diet Plan

Breakfast: Fruits and egg white.

Snacks: Protein shakes without any sugar.

Lunch: Brown bread, green veggies and eggs.

Dinner: Lean meat and one green vegetable.

Hrithik’s vegetables and meat are prepared without any oil or butter. He is very strict about this. He does not add spice as spices make his belly appear bloated.

Hrithik works out with a trainer and his work out plan is inspired from International boxing champions. Hrithik lifts heavy weights. Hrithik does not spend more than 45 minutes on cardio.

Hrithik does minimal cardio exercises to burn calories. But his focus is strength training. He wants to get stronger. He does countless push-ups, planks every day.
