You have to eat less to lose weight and there is no exception to this rule. So start by cutting calories from your daily diet. You have to list the amount of food you eat every day, count the total calories and then subtract 500 calories from it. If this sounds complicated then switch to plant based diet. If you eat only fruits and vegetables then you will not need to count the calories.
