Padma Lakshmi Diet Secret
Padma says she may taste the foods on the show but that is her only indulgence. She only eats a little bit of fatty foods prepared on the show. But at home she only eats clean.
Padma do not eat meat, cheese, alcohol, fried food, wheat, rice when she is at home. She eats them on her TV show; she avoids eating them at home to avoid weight gain.
Padma eats fruits, vegetables and juices at home. But she also eats some cookies occasionally because she makes them for her young daughter.
Padma Lakshmi Workout Plan
Padma Lakshmi works out five times a week, she has a trainer. Padma does kick boxing and weight lifting on alternate days. Along with gym session she runs or jogs on the beach.
Padma is a busy mom who wants to look her best at every age. She never gives excuse and never misses her gym session. If a woman wants to look like Padma then she needs to be as dedicated as her.
