Vicky has a trainer and he told his trainer than he needs to have a customized exercise routine due to his busy schedule. Vicky cannot workout for hours. So his trainer developed short but effective gym session for Vicky.
Vicky spends an hour inside gym. He burns about 1000 calories during every session by doing cardio and lifting weights. Vicky loves working on chest and leg. He can lift weight like a professional sport person.
