Even Bollywood stars are envious of the masculine body Rana Daggubati flaunted in Baahubali. Rana is always into fitness, he and former co-star Bipasha Basu bonded well due to both of their dedication to fitness.

Rana follows a strict diet and he is doing that for a long time. Rana lives on a high protein low carb diet; sugar has no place in his diet. Here is what Rana eats on a daily basis.

Snacks: Protein shakes or bar, nuts.

Lunch: Seasonal green colored vegetables and grilled fish.

Dinner: Boiled chicken  and brown bread.

Rana drinks sufficient amount of fresh water to stay hydrated during the day. He drinks more water than usual due to his high protein low sugar diet.

Rana goes to gym twice a day, yes this is true, he also confirmed the news. Rana does only weight training once and for his next gym session he does cardio to burn his food calories. Rana does pushups every day.
