Happy birthday Tapsee Pannu, Bollywood’s rebellious outsider will start a new year of her life from today. Tapsee’s Bollywood journey is unlike any other actress. Her diet and exercise plan are also different from other Bollywood starlets. Tapsee lives by the mantra “my life my rules.” Tapsee does understand importance of staying in shape for an actress. But she does not believe in eating same thing again and again or doing same exercises every day. So she keeps changing her rules.

Let’s look at some of the rules Tapsee follows to stay fit.

Tapsee Pannu Fitness Rules

After waking up Tapsee drinks a liter of warm water. Warm water not only clears her system but also increases her metabolism. Warm water improves her immune system and Tapsee no longer suffers from cold or fever problems during rainy season.

No gluten for Tapsee. She eats brown rice instead.

Tapsee does not consume any food after 8 p.m.

Bollywood’s favorite smoothies and shakes are no-no for Tapsee.

Tapsee eats dry fruits, fruits, vegetables and little brown rice every day.

On weekend Tapsee allows herself one cheat meal.

Tapsee likes to go for long walks, she loves doing yoga on the beach.

Tapsee does not follow any rules when it comes to her career. Same way she breaks myths when it comes to fitness.

Right now Tapsee is waiting for her next big release Mission Mangal on August 15th.  We are wishing her best of luck for her films and future life.
