Happy birthday to the one and only Sonu Sood!
Sonu is sending thousands of migrant workers and students back to the safety of their own homes. He became a real life hero during Covid-19 lockdown. Today however we will focus on another side of Sonu. We will talk about his love for fitness.
Sonu has six pack abs and he often talks about his workout routine. Sonu loves spending time inside gym, he also knows a lot about right diet plan.
Here are some of the things we know about Sonu’s diet.
Sonu Sood Diet Plan
Two most important aspect of Sonu’s diet are one he is a vegetarian and two he does consume eggs. Sonu eats fruits and fruit juice (homemade) for breakfast, egg white omelet is must along with fruits. Snack is brown bread sandwich. Lunch is vegetables, lentils, salad. Dinner is vegetable soup.
After workout Sonu drinks a glass of high protein shake.
Sonu Sood Workout Plan
Sonu starts her workout with forty minutes of jogging, and then he does cardio for twenty minutes, followed by twenty minutes ab-crunch. He finishes his exercise with a yoga session.
